**Brand:** Hisense
**Price Range:** $1297.99 - $2999.99 across 2 retailers

## Pros
- Bright, sharp, and vibrant picture quality with impressive contrast and deep blacks thanks to Mini-LED tech
- Excellent for 4K streaming, sports, and gaming, with native 144Hz VRR, FreeSync, and ultra low-latency mode ideal for gamers
- Large 85-inch screen creates a cinematic, immersive viewing experience
- Bright display with anti-glare surface reduces reflections, perfect for well-lit rooms
- Built-in Dolby Atmos with a subwoofer offers surprisingly good audio, minimizing the need for extra sound systems
- AI Light sensor automatically adjusts brightness to fit various lighting environments
- Faster and more reliable smart interface with quick loading of apps and updates, especially with Fire TV OS
- Superior HDR performance and color accuracy over older LED models, especially in high-resolution content
- Impressive color vibrancy, especially with reds and greens appearing true to life
- Good value, often available at significantly discounted street prices for budget-conscious shoppers

## Cons
- The menu can produce an odd "click" sound that feels jarring and delayed
- AI upscaling struggles with lower-res sources like 720p or 1080p, leading to less satisfying image quality from older content
- Limited black levels compared to OLED displays, though still better than traditional LED screens
- The size and weight (over 100 lbs) demand a sturdy mounting solution or proper support—not ideal for casual wall mounting
- Screen size may be overwhelming at close viewing distances; best viewed from 10-15 feet
- Some users mention occasional software glitches, especially with e-ARC, which can be annoying during daily use
- Not an ENERGY STAR-certified model, thus less energy efficient
- The overall black levels aren't quite OLED-level black, limiting absolute contrast
