**Price Range:** $249.99 across 1 retailers

## Pros
- Operates extremely quietly, especially on low and medium settings, making it suitable for noise-sensitive areas like bedrooms or living rooms.
- Delivers strong dehumidifying performance, effectively lowering humidity quickly and maintaining comfortable levels even in large spaces up to 4,500 sq. ft.
- Energy efficient with Energy Star certification, costing roughly $1.49 per day at max capacity and offering significant energy savings by reducing A/C runtime, potentially saving $200-$400 annually.
- Equipped with a 1.6-gallon bucket and gravity-fed drain connector for flexible water removal; convenient quick and easy tank emptying.
- Features multiple settings including a timer and a filter indicator with a washable filter for easy maintenance.
- Built for whole-home use, including basements, garages, and large rooms, and effectively removes high daily moisture (50 pints).
- Comes with a 2-year warranty, extendable to 3 years with eligible credit card purchase.
- Portable and easy to move between rooms as needed.

## Cons
- Some users report the operation is louder than expected, even at the lowest speed, which may not suit very quiet environments.
- A few units have an unpleasant odor on initial use, described as similar to cat urine.
- Water bucket fills up quickly at high humidity, requiring frequent emptying or use of the drain hose, which needs proper placement and can cause performance issues if not set correctly.
- Quality control inconsistencies reported, mainly related to used or “like new” units rather than brand-new ones.
- Oversized for very small spaces, potentially making it less energy-efficient or cumbersome in those environments.
