## Pros
- The full pot side brews excellent coffee with an easy-to-use water reservoir.
- It offers the flexibility to use any ground coffee, favored over expensive coffee pods.

- Users praise the versatility for both personal cups and full pots, with adjustable brew strength.
- The machine is programmable, with a timer feature for automatic brewing.
- It includes features to prevent mess, and easy filling on both brewing sides.
- Coffee brewed quietly and quickly, catered to personal cups and travel mugs.
- The footprint of the machine is smaller, saving valuable counter space.

## Cons
- The charcoal filter system is problematic, difficult to attach, and can lead to messy usage; users might need to modify with different filters.
- Many users report coffee grounds ending up in the brewed coffee on both sides.
- Brewing time for the single-serve option is lengthy and less competitive compared to other brands.
- Coffee temperature is often lukewarm, not meeting some users' expectations for hot coffee.
- The water reservoir's small size might require careful pouring to avoid spills.
- The short power cord limits placement options in the kitchen.
- Some users experienced disappointment with the overall coffee quality and temperature.
