## Pros
- Provides sufficient power (2000 PSI) for most home cleaning tasks without damaging surfaces like wood decks.
- Lightweight and easy to move, featuring large wheels and a removable handle for convenient storage.
- Easy to start with a simple on/off switch—no fuss with gas or oil.
- Comes with multiple spray tips and a soap nozzle, allowing for versatile cleaning options and effective application of soap concentrate.
- Automatic shutoff when the trigger is released helps prevent electrical circuit issues.
- Assembly is generally straightforward, with simple controls that make it easy to use.
- Cleans a wide variety of outdoor surfaces effectively, including decks, driveways, sidewalks, and house siding.
- Quieter than gas-powered washers, making it less disruptive during use.
- Shows good initial build quality, with sturdy plastic components and a smart design.
- Highly recommended by users for outdoor cleaning, delivering excellent value and satisfaction.

## Cons
- Standard hose restricts pressure output; upgrading to better nozzles and hoses improves performance significantly.
- Some metal fittings use anodized aluminum, which may corrode over time when connected to brass fittings—using wax-based lubricant can help.
- Wheels are attached with wire clips that can fall off easily; many reviewers suggest replacing them with zip ties or cotter pins for better durability.
- Plastic construction and lightweight build raise some concerns about long-term durability.
- Instructions could be clearer, with notably small font size on the manual.
- Avoid using full water pressure input as it may cause internal leaks or damage.
- Soap nozzle uses soap concentrate quickly, so users need to apply it promptly to avoid waste.
- Customer service experiences included slow and unhelpful responses, though missing parts issues often stemmed from components hidden in packaging rather than actual absence.
