## Pros
- Effectively reduces blood sugar spikes and helps stabilize blood sugar levels for diabetics.
- Shows noticeable and meaningful improvements with consistent use over several months, including lowered A1C and morning blood sugar levels.
- Demonstrated ability to reduce triglycerides and support overall better health and wellness.
- Works well when taken as directed, especially with adequate water intake.
- Supports a relatively normal diet with moderation on high sugar foods.
- Reliable for long-term blood sugar management and used successfully since 2008 with over 2 million bottles sold.
- Considered essential by many users for managing blood sugar naturally alongside medications.
- Does not interfere with other medications and works well in combination with other natural supplements like cinnamon.
- Provides a promising natural supplement option for managing Type II diabetes and blood sugar.

## Cons
- Requires continued and consistent use for several months before noticeable results appear; no immediate or overnight effects.
- Pills are extremely large and challenging to swallow, particularly for seniors or those with swallowing difficulties.
- Dosage strength may feel insufficient for managing Type 1 diabetes effectively.
- Medication does not provide direct insulin support; works better with smaller, more frequent meals rather than large meals.
- Hunger can return 1-2 hours after taking the pill, although no excessive hunger after three hours.
- Some users consider the price a concern for long-term use, especially for seniors or those on tight budgets.
- Vision improvements are subtle and only noticed under certain dietary conditions.
