$64.24 across 16 retailers ## Pros - Highly effective for the price, no need for more expensive alternatives. - Versatile and portable due to its small size and built-in clamp. - Adjustable for wood thickness up to 1.5 inches, suitable for 2x6 lumber. - User-friendly design, making it easy for beginners. - Comes with extra screws and a well-built drill bit and driver. - Durable aluminum construction. - Provides a quick and effective method for cabinet assembly in tight spaces. - Affordable compared to other options like the Kreg jig. - Includes sufficient components for various projects. - Excellent accuracy with proper clamping. ## Cons - Bit's lightweight construction leads to warping after limited use. - Jig clamp bends under pressure and is narrow, complicating drilling on the board width. - Lacks instructions and essential markings, requiring practice with scrap wood. - Requires vigilant attention to board seating to prevent piercing the end. - Safety sticker on the bit’s haft is challenging to remove, posing a safety concern. ## Specifications | Attribute | Value | |-----------|-------| | model | 850 | | mpn | 850 | | material | aluminum | | brand | General Tools | | manufacturer | General Tools | ## Last Seen Prices | Retailer | Price | Availability | Last seen | Store's standard terms | |----------|-------|-------------|-----------|------------------------| | [Amazon](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/n0GtGziPyUSUgO69ZspV/offers/c5bc28b9-f1ca-9a51-6234-17ee5621b259?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $19.97 | In Stock | 2025-02-16 (may have changed) | | | [Heartland America](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/n0GtGziPyUSUgO69ZspV/offers/35198ab3-944b-f740-0d7e-c703eb7b1439?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $24.99 | In Stock | 2025-02-16 (may have changed) | | | [Carkart](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/n0GtGziPyUSUgO69ZspV/offers/13817c1b-0c75-ab7a-46d1-7ae883b5b866?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $25.92 | In Stock | 2025-02-16 (may have changed) | | | [The Home Depot](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/n0GtGziPyUSUgO69ZspV/offers/7719941c-043b-283a-2e4f-0b79b762ca7a?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $26.22 | In Stock | 2025-02-16 (may have changed) | 90-day returns (in store too) | | [ACK Depot](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/n0GtGziPyUSUgO69ZspV/offers/b921eb2d-fdc4-f085-17b3-0b110b47230e?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $27.19 | In Stock | 2025-02-16 (may have changed) | | | [Test Equipment Depot](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/n0GtGziPyUSUgO69ZspV/offers/30a1897c-77b5-012d-17fd-16e8af93baa7?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $34.95 | In Stock | 2025-02-16 (may have changed) | | | [Tool Experts](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/n0GtGziPyUSUgO69ZspV/offers/3eb7f0d3-681c-7254-6e81-5032e3784664?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $34.99 | In Stock | 2025-02-16 (may have changed) | | | [JBTools.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/n0GtGziPyUSUgO69ZspV/offers/5bbf267a-2262-9f92-f6df-34f47dde4b28?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $37.82 | In Stock | 2025-02-16 (may have changed) | | | [Walmart](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/n0GtGziPyUSUgO69ZspV/offers/c8aa09c5-0bd8-b21e-07da-3656bda5bd87?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $39.50 | In Stock | 2025-02-16 (may have changed) | 90-day returns (in store too) | | [Max Warehouse](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/n0GtGziPyUSUgO69ZspV/offers/39ba9645-c506-1f16-1671-2c9d31fc28cd?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $45.01 | In Stock | 2025-02-16 (may have changed) | | | [Store Seven](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/n0GtGziPyUSUgO69ZspV/offers/a4ad697e-f08d-3096-671e-7905c782e968?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $47.49 | In Stock | 2025-02-16 (may have changed) | | | [UpStart Auto Parts](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/n0GtGziPyUSUgO69ZspV/offers/2f2c99fd-af7b-f528-3139-a0f5bc6692bf?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $48.49 | In Stock | 2025-02-16 (may have changed) | | | [ThePaintStore.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/n0GtGziPyUSUgO69ZspV/offers/91e0e7bf-0869-52f4-f551-3bab1807532f?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $48.65 | In Stock | 2025-02-16 (may have changed) | | | [McFeely's](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/n0GtGziPyUSUgO69ZspV/offers/0f07b230-fdf3-2146-55b0-ce5e12af3c28?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $49.99 | In Stock | 2025-02-16 (may have changed) | | | [Ace Hardware](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/n0GtGziPyUSUgO69ZspV/offers/35324381-565a-afb0-4cf1-a85e89e5b9c6?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $54.99 | In Stock | 2025-02-16 (may have changed) | 30-day returns (in store too) · free shipping on $50+ | | [DK Hardware](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/n0GtGziPyUSUgO69ZspV/offers/6acfa5cc-ab42-1316-6ebd-da9deb5dcbb0?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $64.24 | In Stock | 2025-02-16 (may have changed) | | *Store terms are each retailer's standard return and shipping policy from ShopSavvy's retailer research; some products and categories differ, so check with the store before buying.* [See every retailer and the full price history on ShopSavvy](https://shopsavvy.com/products/general-tools-850-pocket-hole-jig-kit) --- *About this page: ShopSavvy compares prices across thousands of retailers, aggregates expert and user reviews, and tracks price history to help you make informed buying decisions.
