- Easy to clean and maintain, with a built-in self-cleaning mode that helps prevent bacteria build-up and maintains fresh-tasting ice.
- Compact enough to fit under kitchen cabinets and has an attractive modern touch screen control panel.
- Reliable performance reported in the first several months up to about a year, with many users successfully using tap water without issues.
- Produces perfectly sized ice nuggets that break up easily and don’t harm teeth.
- Includes useful accessories in the box: ice bin, scoop, and drip tray.

## Cons
- Water shortage indicator often malfunctions or doesn't work as expected, leaving users unsure about when to refill.
- Some users report the machine stops making ice unexpectedly or slows down, sometimes needing frequent cleaning cycles to resume.
- Gradual decline in performance after 6-12 months, with ice quality deteriorating to softer, shaved ice that melts faster.
- Noise levels can increase over time, developing growling or mechanical sounds indicating potential compressor or internal issues.
- Several users experienced failure of multiple front panel lights and power indicator lights within months.
- Reports of rust formation and internal plastic fragments found in ice raise concerns about durability and safety.
- Customer service is generally poor—difficult warranty claims, slow responses, and costly returns (shipping paid by the buyer).
- Replacement or repair process is slow and frustrating, sometimes taking several months to resolve.
- Extended warranty terms can be confusing and don't usually cover return shipping costs.
- The machine is somewhat larger than expected, so measuring your countertop space carefully is important before purchasing.
