**Brand:** fitflop
**Price Range:** $129.95 - $160 across 4 retailers

## Pros
- Exceptionally comfortable for long hours and extended walking, particularly praised by those with wide, flat feet.
- Provides solid support, making it great for travel and long-distance walking.
- Stylish enough for casual wear with jeans, offering a nice blend of function and fashion.
- Durable construction with full leather inside and out, demonstrating good quality craftsmanship.
- The roomy toe box allows toes to spread comfortably without feeling cramped.
- Easy to slip on and off, which is handy for situations like air travel.
- Soft leather footbed enhances comfort, especially for users dealing with back issues.
- Runs slightly wide, making it suitable for wearing with thicker socks if sizing up.

## Cons
- Sizing runs large compared to typical shoes; many recommend ordering a full size down or using thick socks to improve fit.
- The clog has a very wide opening and loose heel area, causing instability and poor foot hold while walking.
- Lack of half sizes makes precise fitting difficult, especially for those between sizes 9 and 10.
- Leather feels stiff initially and tends to remain somewhat plastic-like without softening much over time.
- The mule style fit can feel loose above the instep, resulting in a less secure feel.
- Toe box can sometimes feel snug and doesn’t stretch significantly with wear, limiting adjustability.
- Newer versions of the clog fit differently than previous models, disappointing some loyal repeat buyers.
- Shape and cut of the shoe’s aperture contribute to discomfort and poor "hug" around the foot.
- The wide opening and loose heel tend to worsen with use, making the fit feel sloppier over time.
- Overall sizing inconsistency across the brand complicates finding the right fit.
