## Pros
- The self-stick adhesive simplifies application, making it easy to adjust.
- Provides enhanced comfort and non-slip qualities, especially for custom fits.
- Easy to cut and apply on areas prone to rubbing or 'hot spots.'
- Effectively prevents blisters by allowing skin to rub against the moleskin rather than other layers.
- Stays in place even during showering and is easy to pack for travel.
- Essential for breaking in new shoes comfortably and preventing blisters on long walks.
- Lightweight and fits easily in luggage, making it convenient for travelers.

## Cons
- Does not effectively stay in place on flat feet, especially at the sides of toes.
- Fails to prevent calluses during workouts due to adhesive limitations.
- The edges may not stay stuck, causing the product to shift or roll during use.
- Leaves behind a sticky residue, making removal uncomfortable.
- Considered a cheap imitation with significant quality differences compared to name-brand versions.
- Strong recommendation to opt for a higher-quality, more expensive alternative for better reliability.
