## Pros
- Effectively softens and smoothes skin with visible results from the first application
- Provides genuine 24-hour moisture that keeps skin soft and hydrated throughout the day
- Lightweight formula that absorbs quickly without leaving greasy, sticky, or tacky residue
- Highly concentrated formula means a little product goes a long way, providing excellent value despite the higher price point
- Warm, comforting Vanilla Cashmere scent is luxurious and lingers pleasantly without being overpowering
- Works particularly well for dry skin on arms and legs, even in dry home environments
- Non-greasy consistency allows for easy layering with other skincare products
- Thick, luxurious formula that delivers intense moisturization while maintaining quick absorption
- Suitable for daily use after shower or before bed with reliable, consistent performance
- Contains nourishing ingredients like shea butter and oils that make skin feel noticeably softer and silkier

## Cons
- Bottle design doesn't stand upright on its own, which can be inconvenient for bathroom storage
- Scent may be too strong for those sensitive to fragrances, and some describe it as having an unconventional pistachio gelato quality with a subtle metallic undertone
