## Pros
- Provides a satisfying meal substitute for breakfast and lunch, aiding in weight management.
- Rich and creamy texture enhances the drinking experience.
- Users report feeling better after incorporating these shakes into their diet.
- Highly recommended for those seeking a healthier diet without sacrificing flavor.
- Chocolate flavor lacks the malty taste found in other products and can be creatively used as a coffee creamer.
- Paints a more favorable picture when compared to other brands like Boost and store brands.

## Cons
- Strawberry taste does not mix as well as chocolate, leading to mixing issues.
- Not entirely suited for lactose intolerance; additional Lactaid might be needed to avoid laxative effects.
- Concerns about the dissolving of the product, with lumps causing unpleasant texture and experience.
- Needs extensive shaking, with some material remaining un-dissolved, leading to suggestions of straining before consumption.
- The vanilla flavor has texture issues resembling clumpy sour milk; chocolate and strawberry flavors are better.
- Reviewer suggests there are better and more affordable liquid supplements.
