Cons - Setup is cumbersome and requires a TV connection even for audio-only users; lacks intuitive UI and streamlined setup guidance. - Some users reported intermittent sound cut-out issues, and extensive troubleshooting might not resolve them. - No composite-to-HDMI conversion, limiting input versatility for users with legacy devices. - Complicated audio processing options, and an unattractive user interface that may not meet user expectations. - Problems with HDMI signal recognition, particularly with Mac devices and certain TVs, causing frustration. - Some experience poor sound quality, requiring high volume for clear TV dialogue and weak bass quality, contrary to other reviews. - ARC and CEC settings lead to usability issues, and user-defined input names are overridden, leading to confusion. - Default input labels are generic, and custom input names are limited to five characters, decreasing interface clarity. - Firmware bugs restrict audio configuration, impacting user satisfaction and overall experience. ##
