## Pros
- The Full HD touchscreen is bright, clear, and responsive, enhancing interactivity.
- Equipped with 32GB RAM and an Intel Core i5-8365U processor, it handles multitasking and demanding tasks smoothly.
- The 1TB SSD offers fast data access and ample storage for large files and media.
- Compatible with docking stations and multiple high-resolution monitors, making it versatile for professional setups.
- Runs well with Windows 11 Pro and supports essential software like Adobe, NordVPN, Firefox, and standalone MS Office without subscription hassles.
- Solid build quality and compact size make it reliable and portable for travel or home use.
- Customer service and support experience reported as prompt and helpful, including quick shipping of replacement parts.
- After removing initial bloatware, performance and battery life improve noticeably.
- Overall designed for work and study needs, with a dependable webcam and multiple connectivity options like USB Type-C and HDMI.

## Cons
- Battery life is underwhelming, often lasting closer to 6 hours or less, forcing users to stay plugged in during extended use.
- The laptop tends to overheat quickly, especially on laps, requiring cooling solutions like trays or stands.
- Some users experienced unresponsive or sticky keys that require harder presses or multiple attempts to register.
- System stability issues were reported, including random crashes and BSOD errors, even after updates and virus scans.
- There have been multiple serious hardware failures from some renewed units, such as black screens, failure to detect hard drives, and registry errors, raising concerns over quality control.
- The paint on the power button wears off easily, exposing a bright light underneath, which might be distracting.
- Initial software bloat causes intrusive ads and slows down the system without cleanup.
- Frustration with Microsoft’s push for Office 365 subscriptions, though this is more an ecosystem issue than a device flaw.
