## Pros
- Effectively pulls moisture from the air, noticeably improving air quality and reducing dampness in closets and small spaces.
- The fragrance-free version prevents unwanted scents, making it ideal for sensitive noses or areas where you don’t want added perfume.
- Easy to use — just hang the bag and let it work automatically without electricity or batteries.
- Visible water accumulation within a couple of days shows it's actively working.
- Offers 14% more moisture absorbing power compared to smaller 14-ounce bags, lasting up to 60 days depending on conditions.
- Considered highly effective by many users, with consistent long-term performance in reducing musty odors.
- The hanging design is safer and more convenient than water collector cups or floor units.
- Lightweight and portable, making it simple to place in various problem areas like closets, laundry rooms, or storage spaces.
- Strongly recommended by many who say they will continue repurchasing.

## Cons
- Some bags may leak or break if left unchecked for long periods, especially in warm environments, potentially causing a sticky mess.
- Occasional issues with quality control, such as units failing to collect moisture properly or hardened crystals forming due to improper sealing.
- The top portion of the bag can swell slightly, which some users find odd, and the purpose of the bag’s bottom half is unclear.
- Improvement in musty odor can be slow, often requiring extended use to see noticeable results.
- Some users report the moisture absorption is ineffective in very small or humid bathrooms.
- There is a wish for larger bag sizes for longer-lasting moisture control, particularly in warmer months.

## About This Product

DampRid Hanging Bag Moisture Absorbers attract and trap excess moisture out of the air. Think of it as a dehumidifier without electricity, absorbing excess moisture to create and maintain optimal humidity levels and inhibiting mold and mildew. When the liquid in the bag reaches the replacement indicator line, simply discard and replace. Not for use in moving vehicles. Keep out of reach of children. Read & follow all label directions before use.
