Pros - The concept and packaging of the product are impressive and appealing. - Preparation is very convenient, requiring only boiling water, making it ideal for travel. - Brews quickly with a great taste, offering a rich and smooth coffee flavor that provides an energy boost. - Customizable coffee strength by adjusting the amount of water, offering a personalized experience. - Environmentally friendly with recyclable coffee grounds, which can be used as plant nutrition. - Includes packets of condensed milk that sweeten the coffee perfectly, praised for its creamy sweet undertone. - Exceptional taste, with several reviewers preferring it over local Vietnamese coffee shops. - Ideal for both home and workplace due to its clever, easy-to-use design and individual packet servings. - Pleasant aroma and a delicious, smooth taste that harmoniously combines sour, bitter coffee with sweet creamer. - The product's classic flavor received high praise, with users excited to try other variations. ## Cons - Some reviewers felt that the included milky sugar paste overly sweetens the coffee. - Recommendations to use alternatives like oat milk instead of the included sweetener for a better taste. - Although the flavor is praised, there is some reluctance to repurchase this specific variation due to its sweetness. ##
