# Colorsilk Permanent Hair Color 030 Dark Brown *Published: 2025-02-21 | Updated: 2025-02-21 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/products/colorsilk-permanent-hair-color-030-dark-brown* --- **Brand:** REVLON **Price Range:** $2.85 - $6.79 across 25 retailers ## Pros - Offers great value compared to similar products. - Delivers consistent, high-quality results and satisfaction compared to other box dyes. - Affordable, easy to use, and effective for regular hair dyeing. - Long-lasting colors with good gray coverage. - Retains true black color without fading or turning green. - Leaves hair in excellent condition with shine and softness. - Low ammonia with a light fragrance, suitable for allergies. - Ammonia-free formula makes application more pleasant. - Effective for emergency touch-ups between salon appointments. - Includes necessary items like plastic gloves and mild-scented conditioner. ## Cons - Slightly thinner consistency makes application a bit challenging. - Small conditioner packet instead of a full tube. - Thin plastic gloves may not feel as durable. - Requires cutting the tip of the applicator instead of using snap-off tabs. - A few gray hairs left uncovered, indicating less saturation. - The dye's color may be darker than expected. - Might require more product for thicker hair types. - Total development time can take longer than suggested. - Blondes require bleach for dark hair; cannot expect results from blonde color alone. ## Specifications | Attribute | Value | |-----------|-------| | Customer Reviews | ‎3.44 x 1.94 x 6.13 inches; 6.66 ounces | | Best Sellers Rank | ‎6.7 ounces | ## About This Product New, no mess, non-drip formula for easy to use at-home color application.
