# Cands Products CS753 Feeder *Published: 2024-12-16 | Updated: 2025-02-01 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/products/cands-products-cs753-feeder* --- **Brand:** C&S **Price Range:** $4.85 - $27.38 across 73 retailers ## Pros - Attracts a wide variety of birds, including large woodpeckers and blue jays. - Works effectively with no-mess options like suet nuggets and peanuts. - Excellent quality compared to more expensive feeders. - Completely deters squirrels and raccoons when using hot pepper nuggets. - Consistently attracts birds with frequent daily visits. ## Cons - Flaws in design with hanging and opening; only secured by a U hook, making it vulnerable to larger animals. - Lacks built-in security features, requiring modifications for squirrel and raccoon resistance. - Flat solid metal bottom offers limited drainage, potentially leading to wasted food. - Plastic perches are not durable and can be chewed off by squirrels. - Requires using the right food, as it is designed for nuggets, not traditional birdseed. ## About This Product Wire nugget feeder. The C&S Hanging Wire Feeder or Ball Feeder and C&S Suet Nuggets are the easiest way to feed suet. The green, plastic-coated C&S Wire nugget feeder can also be used to feed up to four balls of suet. The C&S wire feeder can also be used to feed peanuts that have been removed from the shell or sunflower seeds and hearts. Suet is amazing for drawing on fleece, hairy, red-bellied, and pileated woodpeckers. Chicks, northern flickers, nuthatches and starlings are also devoted suet eaters. By adding C&S Suet to your wildfowl menu, you can also pull keyfowl, skylarks, thrushes, earthy-colored creepers, earthy-colored thrashers, and blue jays. To use, simply remove the wrapper, lift the lid to retrieve the hangers. Use with or without included hangers. To use hanger: The washing machine slides off the hanger with force. Insert the hanger through the mesh, replace the washer. Refill the feeder, reapply the cap, hang the feeder and enjoy! ## Last Seen Prices | Retailer | Price | Availability | Last seen | Store's standard terms | |----------|-------|-------------|-----------|------------------------| | [dddawijaoxza](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/xlTrtZEuK6tVmKibV9u6?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $4.85 | In Stock | 2023-04-29 (may have changed) | | | [The BuildClub](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/CtYQWJmwnGAncFpvwq89?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5.42 | In Stock | 2022-08-15 (may have changed) | | | [Hardware & Moreee](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/fvrZLnP0nROmbEdz8vFi?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5.53 | In Stock | 2023-07-04 (may have changed) | | | [SHC Supply](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/rnUxg7mIwHb216zrMbYC?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $5.94 | In Stock | 2023-04-29 (may have changed) | | | [Storeseven.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/fHIrUUiTj1XO7peChvh7?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $6.49 | In Stock | 2025-02-01 (may have changed) | | | [Walmart](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/cnvUAWNo8zDxeLk8pw35?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $6.50 | In Stock | 2023-07-04 (may have changed) | 90-day returns (in store too) | | [Chewy.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/KNThHpcXLSwkRioXbVkx?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $6.54 | In Stock | 2025-02-01 (may have changed) | | | [Cable Ranch](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/pE43o0UITNit7qBjdkrR?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $6.64 | In Stock | 2022-10-10 (may have changed) | | | [Max Warehouse](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/72e4c4wqezaMPtgxWYQG?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $6.65 | In Stock | 2025-02-01 (may have changed) | | | [ThePaintStore.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/be9045c2-08c2-e9d7-7fa6-3677ab8b63c3?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $6.74 | In Stock | 2025-02-01 (may have changed) | | | [HorseLoverz Super Store](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/Tg32NNa9OZ8man1iECFN?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $6.80 | In Stock | 2022-08-15 (may have changed) | | | [CountryMax](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/497BcFDilDeSQskhVOf7?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $6.99 | In Stock | 2023-07-04 (may have changed) | | | [Esbenshade's Garden Center](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/QnC3h6ZJpBbu8iNH5udg?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $6.99 | In Stock | 2022-08-15 (may have changed) | | | [MID Hardware](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/RbglWqXT6PtNgzoJ3OkO?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $7.09 | In Stock | 2023-07-04 (may have changed) | | | [PlumbersStock.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/HupfJGzWJxFNiWTWXZ8Q?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $7.15 | In Stock | 2023-07-04 (may have changed) | | | [Oakridge Hobbies Stores](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/DEnF6RtGiJYLxIuIPp8D?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $7.18 | In Stock | 2022-03-29 (may have changed) | | | [shelllumber.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/YkrR9t2Xglx9n7gzNuVB?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $7.22 | In Stock | 2025-02-01 (may have changed) | | | [SupremeDIY.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/c2x5aHhYMc7Z7QiVbl1X?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $7.25 | In Stock | 2023-06-04 (may have changed) | | | [HorseLoverz Super Store](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/cyveOkXtw7jpYlvyK8c8?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $7.30 | In Stock | 2023-07-04 (may have changed) | | | [Shell Lumber and Hardware](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/EmWzgCnIaPJdKtuFLyF1/offers/czETob4yc7zMjDxpn1fi?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $7.43 | In Stock | 2022-08-15 (may have changed) | | *Store terms are each retailer's standard return and shipping policy from ShopSavvy's retailer research; some products and categories differ, so check with the store before buying.* [See every retailer and the full price history on ShopSavvy](https://shopsavvy.com/products/cands-products-cs753-feeder) --- *About this page: ShopSavvy compares prices across thousands of retailers, aggregates expert and user reviews, and tracks price history to help you make informed buying decisions.
