# Bush Salinas Bookcase *Published: 2026-01-16 | Updated: 2026-01-16 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/products/bush-salinas-bookcase* --- **Brand:** Bush Furniture **Price Range:** $59.99 - $393.36 across 45 retailers ## Pros - Sturdy and well-made construction that holds up well once assembled. - Attractive antique white finish that fits nicely with various décor styles. - Five shelves provide ample storage space, perfect for books, collectibles, or art supplies. - Clear and easy-to-follow assembly instructions, with parts mostly labeled for convenience. - Assembly time is reasonable, typically around 1 to 2 hours, manageable even by less experienced DIYers. - Adjustable shelves add versatility for different storage needs. - Compact footprint and well-proportioned size (about 31" wide x 60" high x 13" deep) fit well in many spaces. - Includes anti-tipping hardware for safety, though installation on certain wall types may require extra care. - Good value with quality comparable to or better than other well-known furniture brands in this price range. - Finish and overall appearance meet or exceed expectations, creating a polished look in rooms. ## Cons - Minor cosmetic flaws on some units, such as slight paint pooling or imperfect backing panels, though these are barely noticeable. - Back panel color is white rather than the gray sometimes shown, which might affect matching with certain rooms. - Lack of labels on some brackets can cause minor confusion during assembly. - Anti-tip hardware may not be fully effective on plaster walls, requiring alternative stabilization methods. - Made primarily of manufactured wood (compressed particle board), so not suitable for damp environments or outdoor use. - Some visible creases on the folded back panel remain after assembly, affecting the finish's smoothness. ## Specifications | Attribute | Value | |-----------|-------| | model | Bush Furniture Salinas | | color | Antique White | | brand | Bush Furniture |
