## Pros
- Industry-leading active noise cancellation blocks out nearly all background noise for immersive listening.
- Rich, balanced sound quality with clear highs and deep bass that can be adjusted via a 5-band equalizer.
- Extremely comfortable and secure fit, suitable for extended wear and workouts.
- Reliable Bluetooth connection with minimal dropouts during movement and running.
- Good battery life supports up to 8.5 hours of continuous playtime.
- Ambient (attentive) sound mode is practical for hearing surrounding conversations without removing earbuds.
- Playback automatically pauses when earbuds are removed from ears, helping save battery life.
- Lightweight charging case (though larger than some rivals) is easy to carry.
- Noise cancellation effectiveness is comparable or superior to some high-end headphones like the Sony WH-XM3.

## Cons
- Connectivity can be inconsistent when earbuds are motionless or used during sedentary activities like meditation; they may disconnect frequently.
- Bose confirmed the connection issue is a design choice relying on motion detection, with no planned firmware fix.
- Charging case feels less durable and bulkier compared to some competitor models.
- Noise cancellation can cause slight discomfort in very busy or noisy environments when no audio is playing.
- Switching Bluetooth connections between devices can sometimes be unpredictable.
- Bass may feel a bit bloated for some users, though adjustable.
- Some users express frustration with Bose’s lack of responsiveness in addressing connectivity issues.
