## Pros
- Effectively alleviates elbow pain and provides comfort during use.
- Allows for lifting heavier objects without pain and offers good support without restricting movement.
- Durable materials and high-quality Velcro remain effective over time.
- Comfortable to wear for long periods and suitable for wearing under or over clothing.
- Easy to put on, adjust, and remains securely in place.
- Aesthetically pleasing design makes it more acceptable for public wear.
- Highly recommended by users for pain management and rehabilitation.

## Cons
- Can cause irritation, blistering, and rash after extended wear, particularly due to the strap's buckle and rough material.
- Not suitable for all-day wear for individuals with severe tendonitis.
- Larger forearms fare better with this brace, while those with smaller arms might find the fit inadequate.
- Some users did not experience relief despite adjustments in position and tightness.
- A different product, such as a thick neoprene sleeve, might offer better relief for some.
