Consider keeping an eye out for alternatives that value both performance and your wallet. ## Pros - The style, color, and ease of use score major fashion (and function!) points, darling. - It's hailed as a high-quality clothes iron that won't let your outfits down. - Works miracles on your wrinkled wardrobe with an effective steam function. - The cord reel feature? Pure genius for easy storage - no more wrestling with wild cords! - Lightweight and quick to heat up, because who has time to wait? - Produces steam like it's going out of style, ensuring your clothes look sharp. - Highly rated with the masses singing its praises - it's practically a celebrity. - Seen as a worthy investment for those looking to replace their dinosaur irons. ## Cons - The sole plate isn't stainless steel, which has us questioning, 'Where did our money go?' - Steam function playing hard to get? Inconsistent and requires multiple flirts with the forced steam button. - Trying to check the water level is like looking into the abyss thanks to the dark tank. - It might think it's too fancy for its price, but expensive doesn't always mean fabulous, honey. - Leaks when using the steam function - so it's basically crying on your clothes. - Compared to its 18-year-old ancestor, it's just not keeping up with the family legacy. - Customer service gave us the cold shoulder - no chance of registering the product or using the warranty. ## Professional Reviews - [Black+Decker Professional IR1350S Steam Iron Review](https://www.consumerreports.org/appliances/steam-irons/black-decker-professional-ir1350s/m219578/?srsltid=AfmBOoqV47pcQz3JfyMaBcGy8GKmA06BbbwYYsA925wC4NjYZyg8dzgs) — *Source* ## About This Product The BLACK + DECKER™ Xpress Steam™ Cord Reel Iron takes the stress out of garment care.
