## Pros
- Effectively eliminates a wide range of odors, including musty smells, animal waste, and body odor, without just masking them.
- Trusted for odor control by both everyday users and professionals such as dairy farmers.
- Safe, eco-friendly, and non-toxic formula made with live enzymes, suitable for homes with kids and pets.
- Works well on tough organic stains like pet messes, wine, and workout clothes, often without the need for heavy scrubbing.
- Pleasant, mild lavender-lime scent that dissipates quickly, leaving a neutral freshness.
- Versatile usage on carpets, upholstery, laundry, diapers, and even leather furniture like couches.
- Penetrates deeply to treat hidden moisture areas and severe odors, including mildew and long-standing pet urine.
- Can be applied by spraying, left to sit for at least 10 minutes or overnight for best results, making the cleaning process simple.
- Large 128-ounce bottle provides good value for sustained use, though some users recommend transferring it to a smaller spray bottle for easier handling.
- Proven effective through repeated use over years, with many users willing to repurchase.

## Cons
- Some users report that it did not work effectively for their particular stains or odors.
- The large bottle can be bulky and inconvenient to handle during application.
- Requires adequate saturation and waiting time (often 10 minutes or more) to see best results, which may be inconvenient for quick cleanups.
- Over-soaking certain surfaces like carpets may cause slight texture changes; spraying rather than pouring is recommended.
- May not completely eradicate severe mildew without additional physical removal of affected materials (e.g., seam caulking).
- A few users mentioned finding better alternatives, indicating it might not be the top performer in every situation.
