**Brand:** BAK
**Price Range:** $977.42 - $1299.99 across 9 retailers

## Pros
- Installs relatively easily with clear instructions and helpful YouTube videos, typically taking about 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.
- Fits the 2021 Ford F150 5'7" bed perfectly, providing a clean and high-quality finish that improves truck appearance.
- Lightweight design compared to older models, making handling and folding back easier.
- Hard folding cover offers full bed access without removal, folding compactly and secured by straps when rolled up.
- Provides good security by keeping bed contents out of sight and effectively locked when tailgate is closed.
- Durable construction with a rigid, leak-resistant design that doesn’t encroach on bed space.
- Minor adjustments and included sealant tape improve water sealing around the tailgate area.
- Overall, owners praise the cover’s combination of style, functionality, and quality materials.

## Cons
- Some users report minor leaks near the tailgate corners and recommend applying additional sealant for better water resistance.
- Metal edges near the tailgate can be sharp and may scratch items if not filed down carefully.
- Rubber bumpers attached with 3M tape can occasionally come loose but don’t impact overall performance.
- Latches and locking mechanisms may freeze or feel cheap, particularly in colder climates, making this less ideal for northern users.
- A few users experienced water ingress during car washes or heavy rain, suggesting it’s fairly water-resistant but not fully waterproof in all conditions.
- Some negative feedback regarding product quality decline linked to manufacturer changes, with parts like end caps reportedly prone to breakage over time.
- No dedicated lock on the cover itself; security relies on the truck’s tailgate lock.
