**Brand:** ASUS

## Pros
- Reliable performance that meets or exceeds expectations for gaming and general use.
- Easy installation process for users with basic tech knowledge, includes all necessary components for case mounting.
- Effective heat sinks keep temperatures under control, particularly on M.2 slots (just remember to remove the thermal pad cover).
- Excellent and stable WiFi connectivity built-in, providing a strong network connection without additional setup.
- Compatible beyond official specs, working well with older Ryzen CPUs like the Ryzen 7 1700X.
- Attractive RGB lighting with customizable options to enhance system aesthetics.
- Durable and long-lasting build quality ensures consistent performance over time.
- Solid overclocking control for a B550 motherboard, though not top-tier compared to higher-end models.
- Looks great inside a PC build, adding visual appeal.

## Cons
- Bluetooth functionality is unreliable and often fails to detect devices on Windows 10 and 11, with no resolution from BIOS updates.
- Missing external WiFi antenna out of the box, requiring users to purchase or repurpose one separately.
- BIOS experience is average and could use better integration and user-friendliness.
- Limited SATA connectors compared to X570 chipset boards, further reduced when using the secondary NVMe slot which disables two SATA ports.
- Lacks modern USB-C port connectivity, which could be a drawback for some users.
- Some users report inability to install OS on M.2 or SSD drives, with no fix found after hardware swaps and unhelpful customer support.
- Warranty and customer service experiences have been reported as frustrating and unresponsive.
