Pros - Effective in removing grease from dishes. - Offers a cost-effective option for basic dishwashing needs. - Provides a dual purpose by helping maintain drains and preventing clogs. - Versatile in both cleaning dishes and contributing to drain maintenance. - Serves as a safer alternative to more hazardous commercial drain cleaners. ## Cons - Has a strong and unpleasant chemical smell, sometimes requiring a fan during use. - Scent has changed from a fresh lemon aroma to an artificial smell that persists on silverware and dishes. - Thin consistency leads to limited suds and requires more product for effective cleaning. - Recent changes have deteriorated the product's cleaning performance, disappointing long-time users. - The new cap design is difficult to handle, often requiring tools for opening and closing. - Users report health concerns with ingredients and recommend wearing gloves. - Requires frequent reapplication due to quick depletion of suds, which may be inefficient. - Strong desire among users to revert to the old formula and packaging design. ##
