## Pros
- Mixes and kneads dough very effectively, producing bread with ideal texture and handling up to 6 cups of flour with ease.
- Easy to clean and disassemble, thanks to the removable 304 stainless steel bowl and lid.
- Simple, face-up touch panel makes it easy to operate with clear mixing and rising settings.
- Runs very quietly during operation, providing a pleasant user experience.
- Sturdy and well-made build with a visually appealing design.
- The ferment function is designed to create an optimal environment for dough rising.
- The machine pauses briefly during kneading to let the dough relax, improving kneading quality once users understand this feature.
- Considered a game changer for bread making compared to traditional stand mixers.

## Cons
- The fermentation function can be inconsistent, often failing to maintain a stable temperature, which leads to dough barely rising even after extended fermentation cycles.
- Instructions can be unclear or difficult to follow, leading to some user frustration.
- Some users felt disappointed overall and regretted not returning the product sooner due to fermentation issues.
