## Pros
- Great overall performance and reasonable price for the value provided.
- Potentially cheaper compared to historical prices, making it cost-effective.
- Excellent customer service with knowledgeable and friendly staff.
- Particularly suitable for roof decking where gravity assists in keeping sheets flat.

## Cons
- Prone to warping if not stored flat, complicating installation and usage.
- The material's thickness was inaccurately described, thinner than advertised.
