# 🔄 How to Restore Your ShopSavvy Subscription

Sometimes a subscription does not activate right after purchase, or you reinstalled the app and lost access. Restore Purchases fixes both.

## How to Restore on iPhone / iPad / Android

1. Open ShopSavvy.
2. Tap **More** at the bottom.
3. Tap any Pro feature, or open the upsell screen.
4. At the bottom of that screen, tap **Restore Purchases**.
5. Wait a few seconds — the app checks with the App Store or Play Store and re-activates your subscription.

## Make Sure You Are Signed In to the Right Account

Subscriptions are tied to the Apple ID or Google account that paid for them. If Restore Purchases does not find anything:

- On iPhone/iPad: open **Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases** and confirm the Apple ID.
- On Android: open the **Play Store**, tap your profile photo, and confirm the account.

Sign in with the same account you used to buy the subscription, then run Restore Purchases again.

## Still Not Working

If you see a receipt in your App Store / Play Store history but ShopSavvy still does not unlock:

1. Force-quit and reopen the app.
2. Sign out of ShopSavvy and sign back in (More → Settings → Sign Out).
3. If it still does not restore, email **support@shopsavvy.com** with the receipt or order number and we will fix it manually.
