# 🗑️ How to Delete Your ShopSavvy Account

You can delete your ShopSavvy account and all associated data at any time. The path depends on which app you use.

## On ShopSavvy Desktop (Mac, Windows, Linux)

1. Open ShopSavvy Desktop.
2. Click **Settings** (the gear icon).
3. Scroll to the **Account** section.
4. Click **Delete Account**.
5. Re-enter your email to confirm. The deletion is permanent.

## On the Mobile App (iOS and Android)

The mobile app does not have a built-in delete button yet. To delete your account:

1. Email **support@shopsavvy.com** from the address associated with your account.
2. Put **"Delete my account"** in the subject line.
3. We confirm and process the deletion within a few business days.

## What Gets Deleted

Your profile, watched items, posted and voted deals, shopping history, and any personal information we stored. This cannot be undone.

## About Your Subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play — you cancel those in your device's subscription settings. ShopSavvy Desktop subscriptions are canceled automatically when the account is deleted.
