# 🗓️ How to Cancel a Data API or ShopSavvy for Business Plan

## Data API

1. Open [Billing](https://shopsavvy.com/data/billing) in the developer dashboard.
2. Choose **Cancel Trial** (during the trial) or **Cancel Subscription**, and confirm.

- During the 14-day Starter trial, cancelling means you are never charged.
- On a paid plan, the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- If a payment has failed, cancelling ends the plan now and stops further charge attempts.

## ShopSavvy for Business

Open Business **Settings** and choose **Manage billing** next to your plan to reach the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel or change your plan.
