# ShopSavvy Data API - Playground

## What it does

The playground sends ShopSavvy Data API requests from your browser and shows the response as a collapsible JSON tree or a table, with the HTTP status, request id, response time and size, and the equivalent `curl` command.

## Modes

- **Demo:** a fixed sample response for each endpoint, without calling the API. No account, no credits.
- **Live Sandbox:** real API requests for a set of sample products: Sony WH-1000XM5 (`B09XS7JWHH`), AirPods Pro 2 (`B0BDHWDR12`), Keurig K-Mini (`611247373064`) and iPhone 11 (`B07ZPKN6YR`). No account, no credits.
- **Live:** any product, through your own API key, with credits charged exactly as from your own code. Requires signing in and a Data API plan (Starter has a 14-day trial): https://shopsavvy.com/data#pricing

## Endpoints you can try

- `GET /v1/products` - Product Lookup: look up product details by ASIN, barcode, URL or model number
- `GET /v1/products/offers` - All Retailer Prices: current prices from every retailer
- `GET /v1/products/offers/history` - Price History: historical prices over time
- `GET /v1/products/search` - Product Search: search for products by keyword
- `GET /v1/deals` - Browse Deals: current deals with expert grades
- `GET /v1/products/reviews` - TLDR Reviews: expert review summary for a product
- `POST /v1/products/batch` - Batch Lookup: many products in one request (Demo and Live modes)
