Connect AI assistants directly to ShopSavvy's product database. The [Model Context Protocol](https://modelcontextprotocol.io) (MCP) server lets Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and other MCP clients look up products, compare current prices across retailers, read price history and schedule monitoring in conversation, using the same data as the REST API.

- **Hosted endpoint:** `https://api.shopsavvy.com/mcp` (Streamable HTTP). Legacy HTTP+SSE clients use `https://api.shopsavvy.com/mcp/sse`.
- **No key needed to start.** Anonymous use is rate-limited per IP address. Send your Data API key as a Bearer token for higher limits and the account tools (scheduling, usage).
- **Open source:** the stdio package `@shopsavvy/mcp-server` and its source are [on GitHub](https://github.com/shopsavvy/shopsavvy-mcp-server) under the MIT license.
